Modern grab & go backpack
When things heat up, it's better to be prepared. With the Bail Out Bag (BOB), readiness for any emergency, whether on the road or at home, is easier. This is a modular survival backpack that can be mounted on a car seat and quickly removed, secured, and taken with you if needed. The BOB is packed with features that could be crucial in a crisis for the first 72 hours.
Multi-functional evacuation backpack
Following the concept of an escape backpack, the BOB is designed to aid survival for the first three days of an emergency. It can hold 25 liters of essentials for those moments when you need to flee or wait out danger. It features a rigid construction without protruding elements, two side pockets for water, and two flat front pockets for handy items, such as a map in the lower and, due to its elasticity, glasses or a powerbank in the upper pocket. The BOB has handles on the top, bottom, and sides, so it's easy to grab it from any angle and carry it. When open and laid out, the Bail Out Bag is ideal for the car, where it can be strapped to the back of a seat, giving passengers access to its contents during a trip without taking up extra space.
Your survival kit
The backpack comes with a flat sitting mat and a separate bag that can be either attached to the backpack like a beavertail or carried separately. The bag is specially designed to hold three AK/AR magazines in the back pockets, and a pistol in a holster, such as the Pistol Holder Insert from the VIS (Versatile Insert System), in the main pocket that is lined with a soft hook & loop. Other inserts can also be used to organize the bag as a large first aid kit or food ration pack. An uncommon feature in escape backpacks is using the backpack as ground insulation, for example, in the absence of a sleeping pad. Simply lay the empty backpack flat on the ground. The nylon material of the backpack will help reduce the cold reaching the user.
Good organization in an emergency
The BOB opens fully along its length. Inside are four mesh pockets – two with zippers and two with drawstrings – and three rows of MOLLE/PALS compatible straps. This preps the backpack for packing essential items while also allowing for interior expansion with additional pockets, a small first aid kit,
or organizers. Behind the MOLLE/PALS straps is a large, flat pocket for storing the sitting mat when not in use. The pocket can be unfolded to act as additional insulating material when the emptied backpack is used as ground insulation.
