Below, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions by our customers, along with the corresponding answers. Before contacting us, please check if your issue has already been addressed on the list. If you cannot find a solution to your problem or if the information is insufficient, our Customer Service is always available to assist you. 

1. The size/color of the product I ordered does not suit me. Can I exchange it for another one? 

Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you have the right to send back the product that does not meet your expectations. Once we have received your parcel, we will send you a refund within 14 days. 
Within the European Union an UPS return label will be attached to the package. All products purchased on helikon-tex.com should be sent back to the address:

2. What size to choose?

Most products have a size chart, detailed on the product page below the price. Please refer to the table of the model you are interested in to choose the right size for you. 

3. I bought your clothes from a military store, my zipper broke. What should I do?

All claims are accepted on the basis of proof of purchase. If the product was purchased less than two years ago, we encourage you to file a claim with the store where the purchase was made. If you do not have the opportunity to complain to the retailer, please send us photos of the damage and proof of purchase by email to [email protected]. We will let you know what to do in the next steps.

4. Can you add the product to the order I placed?

It is not possible to modify an order that has already been placed and paid for. If it has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it and return the funds to you so that you can place it again.

5. Can you combine the two orders I placed and refund my shipping cost?

6. My payment for the order has not been processed. Can I pay for this order by wire transfer to the store's account?

If the payment was not completed automatically, there is no way to complete it outside the store system. Such an order can be canceled, and then you need to place it again, choosing the correct form of payment for you.

7. I want to place an order from outside Poland, but I don't have a PayPal account. How can I make a payment?

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use card payment via PayPal (for those who are not registered, select ‘card payment’ under the login window) or PayU.  
For orders shipped within Poland, it is possible to choose payment on delivery or traditional transfer after selecting PayU.

8. Please prepare an offer / quote for your order. 

As an online retail store, we do not create quotes or quotations. This page shows the applicable prices. 

9. Please prepare a pro forma/extended payment date invoice. 

We do not prepare pro forma invoices or invoices with extended payment terms. Payment must be made when placing the order. Invoices are generated automatically when the order is prepared for shipment, and are sent to the email address provided in the order. Exact invoice details must be provided during the ordering process.

10. I would like to order products from the new catalog that are not available on the website. Can I reserve them or order them now and wait until they are available?

If products are not available for purchase, they cannot be reserved, we do not maintain reserve lists or pre-sales.

11. Can you make a custom order or modification of one of your products

We do not process custom orders.

12. I have a discount code. How to use it? 

You can enter your code in the expandable input in your cart or in the checkout. 

13. I have an account in your store, but I placed my last order without logging in. Can you link it to my order history? 

It is not possible to link an order of a non-logged-in user to an already existing account on the store.
