Returns
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your package.
If you live in a European Union country – you don’t pay for the return.
If you are returning from outside the European Union, you pay for the shipment.
Return Instructions


If your package was delivered by InPost
- Go to the website: szybkiezwroty.pl.
- Search for Helikon-Tex in the list and enter the required information.
- Generate a return code.
- Drop off the parcel at chosen point.


If your package was delivered by DHL
- Fill out and print the online withdrawal form. Include it with the package.
- Go to the website: dhl24.com.pl/zwroty/en.
- Enter the tracking number from the return label included with the package.
- Choose the return method.
- Send the package using the selected method.


If your package was delivered by UPS
- Fill out and print the online withdrawal form.Include it with the package.
- Attach the return label to your parcel.
- Schedule a pickup with UPS or drop off the parcel at the nearest UPS Access Point.
If you’re returning goods from outside the European Union

Send the return shipment number received from the courier along with the list of returned products to the e-mail: [email protected].
We have 14 working days from receiving the return to process it. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used (PayPal/PayU). If paid by cash on delivery, remember to include your account number in the return form.
Exchanges
We do not exchange purchased products for others. You can return the purchased product and place a new order.
Complaints
If the product you have ordered does not comply with the contract, you have the right to lodge a complaint. In the first instance, please submit a complaint to the e-mail address [email protected]. Specify the order number, describe the defect and attach clear photos. Once your message has been verified with the warranty team, we will inform you by e-mail about the next steps.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
If the product was purchased from another shop, please contact the seller directly first.
