Summit – a lightweight 40L outdoor rolltop backpack built for mountain hiking, climbing, and camping
When every gram and every move matters, you need a pack that keeps up with your pace. Summit is our first design created with the mountains – not tactics – in mind. With a 40-liter capacity, ultralight construction, well-thought-out pockets, and an ergonomic carrying system, this backpack is ready for your most demanding expeditions.
| ✔ | Is the Summit backpack suitable for mountain use? |
| Yes. The Summit was designed for trekking, climbing, and long routes in rugged terrain. It offers 40 liters of capacity, a solid suspension system with a ventilated mesh back panel, and a slim profile that makes movement easier on steep ascents and technical trails. |
Durable and functional – pure outdoor design
On the front, the Summit features a detachable beavertail pocket, perfect for carrying a climbing helmet, rain jacket, or spare fleece. The main compartment uses a rolltop closure, but there’s also a vertical zipper under the beavertail for quick access, so you don’t have to unpack everything to reach gear at the bottom.
The Summit has five pockets:
- two elastic side pockets for bottles or a thermos,
- two zippered stretch pockets on the hip belt for essentials, snacks, or a phone within easy reach,
- one small pocket just behind the top closure for quick-access items.
Comfort in challenging terrain
The backpack features an ergonomic suspension system with thick, ridged mesh for better ventilation and comfort. MOLLE Lite (10 mm) webbing on the sides and beavertail allows you to expand the setup with extra pouches. Side compression straps stabilize the load and reduce volume when the pack isn’t fully loaded.
| ✔ | Is the Summit suitable for climbing? |
| Yes. Lightweight and durable, with a rolltop design and detachable beavertail – ideal for carrying a helmet, harness, or extra layers. Hydration bladder compatibility and the option to remove the stiffening plate for weight savings make it a great choice for vertical adventures. |
