Raider Backpack – a 20-liter tactical pack with a beavertail, VIS system compatibility, and integrated rain cover
The Raider is a durable 20-liter backpack made of 500D Cordura®, built for action in the field or in the city. It combines military functionality with EDC practicality – featuring a stowable rain cover, well-organized compartments, and a front beavertail to carry a helmet or jacket. Whether you're on patrol, heading out on a hike, or navigating your daily commute, Raider has your back.
Can I carry weapons and gear in the Raider Backpack?
Yes. The main compartment features a hook-and-loop panel compatible with our VIS (Versatile Insert System). This allows you to attach inserts for magazines, handguns, tools, or your full EDC setup. Everything stays secure and easy to access.
Built for tactical use – adaptable for daily life
At the front, Raider features a semi-elastic beavertail – ideal for carrying a helmet, rain jacket, or even a climbing rope. Above it is a large hook-and-loop panel for ID patches or personalization.
The top of the pack houses two handy pockets:
- One is velour-lined to protect sunglasses or optics,
- The other includes a compact organizer for tools, flashlights, or documents.
On the sides, you’ll find two stretch pockets that can easily fit water bottles or thermal mugs.
Inside the main compartment:
- A mesh pocket for smaller items,
- A hydration sleeve for your bladder system,
- A soft hook-and-loop wall ready for modular VIS-compatible organizers.
At the bottom, there’s a flat compartment with a built-in rain cover – a small but mighty feature for unpredictable weather.
All compartments at a glance:
- 1 front beavertail pocket (semi-elastic and tuckable)
- 1 velour-lined upper pocket (for sunglasses or optics)
- 1 upper organizer pocket (for EDC tools and accessories)
- 2 stretch side pockets (for bottles or gear)
- 1 mesh inner pocket (in the main compartment)
- 1 hydration bladder sleeve (with hanger loop)
- 1 bottom rain cover pocket (integrated, stowable cover)
Ready for any weather
The integrated rain cover is stored in a hidden bottom pocket and can be deployed in seconds. It ensures your gear stays dry when the skies open up – no more forgotten or lost rain covers.
Is the Raider Backpack waterproof?
Not entirely. While the 500D Cordura® fabric is moisture-resistant, it’s not fully waterproof. That’s why the included rain cover is essential – just deploy it when rain threatens to keep your gear safe and dry.
