The Guardian Recce Chest Rig is an enhanced platform designed for reconnaissance operations and green tactics.
- It fits four AK/AR magazines in pouches secured with buckles.
- Large administrative pocket on the front, lined with a soft hook & loop, allowing for customization using inserts from the VIS (Versatile Insert System).
- This pocket also has an adjustable opening to prevent contents from falling out.
How many magazines can the Guardian Recce Chest Rig carry?
The platform holds four AK/AR magazines and-with a Competition insert-two pistol magazines in the side pockets.
On either side of the administrative pocket are two universal buckle-closed pockets, suitable for fragmentation or smoke grenades, and can accommodate two pistol magazines when equipped with inserts from the Competition series. Along the sides of the chest rig, MOLLE/PALS compatible webbing allows for the attachment of additional pouches. Inside the chest rig is a large, zippered pocket, perfect for carrying maps, notebooks, etc. On the body side, the chest rig has two flat pockets designed for radio storage.
