A medium-sized front pocket with a hook & loop for identifying the role performed in the ambulance. Inside, there is a smaller version of a plastic insert, similar to the one in the SAR Large Pouch. It was originally intended to be placed above them, but there is the flexibility to position it anywhere on the vest.Â
