1. Do I need to create a new account or change my login details?

Your account from the previous store version remains active, and your login details have not changed. 

2. Where can I find my previous orders?

All orders placed before the launch of the new store can be found in the "Archived orders" section of your customer panel. New orders will appear in the "My orders" section. 

3. Do orders placed in the previous version of the store now have different numbers? What details should I provide for returns or complaints? 

Order numbers and details from before the store update remain unchanged. Any returns or complaints will be processed under the same conditions. The redesign does not affect ongoing cases.  

4. How can I contact you?

You will find them in the footer of the website in the Contact us section.

5. Does the new version of the store affect the terms and conditions of purchases?

No, the terms and conditions remain unchanged. 

6. I have a discount code to use – will it still work in the new store? 

Absolutely! Your discounts will still be valid – enter the code in the designated field during checkout.
