Combat-proven NyCo Ripstop fabric
The MBDU Shirt is made from NyCo Ripstop, a fabric proven in combat operations. It combines high mechanical durability with good breathability. Nylon increases resistance to abrasion and tearing, while cotton improves comfort during long-term wear.
The Ripstop weave reinforces the fabric structure. As a result, any damage that occurs does not spread, increasing overall durability.
Freedom of movement thanks to VersaStretch
Wide VersaStretch panels are sewn along the entire length of the sides. This fabric stretches in four directions, significantly improving mobility during dynamic actions. Elastic inserts in critical areas naturally move with the body without riding up or restricting movement.
The breathable fabric structure supports temperature regulation and helps maintain comfort during intensive, long-lasting activity and in warmer conditions.

Underarm ventilation
Integrated mesh panels improve breathability during exertion and support thermoregulation.
Cuff adjustment
Hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs make it easy to fit the sleeves and stabilize the fabric during movement.
Stand-up collar
The collar can be worn folded down or raised and secured with a dedicated hook-and-loop tab to protect the neck.
Anatomical cut
The shirt is cut to follow the body’s shape and natural movement as closely as possible.

Consistency in cut, materials, and functionality allows the shirt to be worn on its own or combined with other elements of the MBDU uniform system. The shirt is fastened with concealed Canadian buttons. It features 4 functional pockets secured with YKK® zippers and an advanced personalization system.
Chest pockets
Two expandable, spacious pockets for documents and other essential items.
shoulder pockets
Two pockets with internal loops. A secure place for small equipment items, accessible even when wearing load-bearing gear.
Loop panels
Double-loop panels on the shoulders and above the chest pockets enable advanced personalization.
