Climashield® Apex™ insulation keeps you warm even when wet
Unlike down, synthetic fiber insulation stays warm even when wet and does not clump together. The jacket is machine washable. The insulation is lightweight, efficient, breathable, and has good compression properties.
In the Level 7 jacket, we used Climashield® Apex™ insulation with a weight of 100 g/m² – thicker than in our lighter models, such as the Wolfhound.
Ripstop nylon provides protection and durability in cold temperatures.
The fabric combines high mechanical resistance with good breathability, which is crucial for long-term use in demanding conditions. The fabric effectively protects against wind, moisture, and snow without compromising thermal comfort.
The Ripstop weave reinforces the fabric structure. This prevents any damage to the material from spreading further, which increases the durability of the product.
The outer layer is protected by a hydrophobic coating
It increases resistance to dirt and moisture penetration. This makes the jacket easier to care for and helps it keep its original properties for a longer period of time.
We refined every detail of the Level 7 jacket to enhance its functionality in action.
Cuff-bottom adjustment
Hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs and a drawcord at the hem allow you to fine-tune the fit and adapt to weather conditions.
Large hood ready for helmet
Adjustable with shock-cords and stowable in the collar, which is lined with fleece fabric on the inside.
Two-way YKK® main zipper
It provides quick access to the gear worn under the jacket and allows for adjustments to thermal comfort.
We equipped Level 7 with 5 functional pockets that you can use even when wearing gloves.
External chest pockets
Two fleece-lined pockets with compartments for your phone and small equipment.

We designed the Level 7 jacket according to the third-generation ECWCS system.
ECWCS stands for Extended Cold Weather Clothing System – a multi-layer clothing system designed for survival and operation in extreme weather conditions. Each layer has a specific function: from moisture and thermal management to protection against snow, wind, and frost. The Level 7 jacket is the final layer of this system – the outer layer and the warmest one.
