The Jungle Shirt is a light field shirt designed for places with lots of plants, like tropical area.
The Canopy Jungle Shirt was made for times when heat and humidity make it uncomfortable to do things.
Whether hiking with a backpack or traversing dense vegetation, the lightweight nylon construction effectively wicks moisture, dries quickly, and does not impede movement.
Protection from sun, insects, and bacteria
The shirt provides UPF50 protection, which helps reduce the effect of UV radiation. We applied an antimosquito coating to the fabric to help prevent mosquito bites by using a plant-based active ingredient.
The additional antibacterial finish gives the material bacteriostatic properties. It prevents the growth of bacteria and lessens offensive odor when used vigorously in hot and humid conditions.
Keep your necessary equipment on hand.
There's a thin cord loop in each pocket. You can attach small gear to it and reduce the risk of losing it in the field. Canadian-style buttons are used to close the shirt. These buttons work well outside, are easy to use, and are less likely to get damaged or come off during heavy use.
Adjustable sleeves
Buttoned cuffs let you adjust the sleeves around the wrists. You can roll them up and secure them with a button tab to keep them from unrolling.
Mesh ventilation panels
Placed under the arms and on the back. They support airflow in the areas most exposed to overheating.
Pockets with accessory loops
Two flap pockets. Use them to carry a fire starter, signal mirror, or small field gear.
Pockets for flat items
Closed with YKK® zippers. They enable you to safely carry thin objects like documents or a map.
